Last night’s dinner

Here are the samosas all ready to take to a friend’s place on Tuesday night.

I didn’t get blogging before now as we’ve been dealing with a very hard situation that came upon us unexpectedly. My wonderful mother-in-law (my husband’s stepmom) died Tuesday night.

She always said she had decided that when it was her time to go she would just go to sleep and that’s exactly what she did.

I’m so sorry that she’s gone but I feel blessed that she was in my life.
