Last night’s dinner
Well. It is beyond hot and Madison and I have been out all day. Solution for dinner? Merivale fish market-tuna steaks.
Take the tuna steaks and soak them for a few minutes in sesame oil, lime juice and grated fresh ginger. Heat a fry pan until almost smoking. Add the tuna let cook 2 minutes, flip and do the same.
Serve with tomato and cucumber salad dressed with a bit more of the sesame oil and lime juice.
