Well, that used to be my baby’s room but well it is now another opening to the outdoors and shirtless builders.
The only thing to do is to barbeque some meat.
 The last time that I remember feeling this hot I was in Greece and I was having a lot of fun.  Let’s try to recapture that with some Greek style porkchops. 

I’ve got four butt chops, 3/4 cup of sherry, 1/4 cup red wine, 1/4 cup olive oil, 3 T. balsamic, 4 chopped garlic cloves, 3 T. chopped fresh organo and 1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper.  Let marinade in the fridge for the day.

Take the marinade and boil the heck out of it with 2 T. of honey.  Grill the chops and baste with the sauce.  Ahhhh…
