I’m kicking myself for not making this more often and for actually buying containers of it for ridulous prices.   This is the week that my organic guy goes on holiday so I’m trying to use up absolutely everything in the fridge and then scrub that grubby appliance all out. 
Yay! 
That is the party you want to have while on holidays.
I drained 500ml (2 cups) of plain yogurt into a coffee filter for a couple of hours in the fridge.  Added 2 T. of chopped parsley, 1 T. chopped dill, zest of one lemon, dash of salt and pepper and 2 crushed garlic cloves (eat with friends).

Shred 2 cups of cucumber and squeeze most of the moisture out (this is the burpy part just in case cucumber aren’t usually your friend).  Mix.

Eat lots and lots of this.  I served it with my souvlaki burgers and then the next day had the remainder with cut-up vegetables as a dip. 

In my weaker moments I can see eating this with vast quantities of salt and vinegar chips.
