Happy almost end of January, hope that you are staying warm, or cool, depending upon where you are.  You see, Canadians talk about the weather. 

We just do. 

A lot. 

It’s too cold or hot or rainy or snowy. 

It is very exciting when it is a mixture of all those things in one day. 

I make fun of these conversations but I actively take part in them and am often the instigator. 

It’s ‘our thing’.

The week was has been as glorious as it is cold (-29C was seen a lot this week). 

Blogland and home has been terrific and I’ve just spent the weekend with my mom.
