~I am a dependable rule-follower who loves her family and home.

Your most memorable meal?

~The first time I hosted Christmas Dinner for the in-laws. I made beef tenderloin and it took forever to get done. We ate an hour late but it tasted good!

Your very best trip?

~To London and Scotland 5 years ago. My son was studying abroad in London. My husband, daughter and I went for 10 days. It was divine.

Your blogging and personal goals for the next six months?

~My personal goal is to try and budget my time better. I try to do too many things at once and end up doing none of them very well. My blogging goal is to be more consistent. A constant battle to be sure.

Five years from now you’ll…

~be retired with enough time to do everything I don’t have time to do now.
