Isn’t a comma a great thing, just by it’s sheer existence it totally changes that title.
You can read it anyway that you’d like (pet names optional).
So how about a nice muffin that will keep you going through the morning or will make a lunchtime bowl of soup a full meal.
It all started with a lot of leftover, mashed potatoes (3 cups-this recipe halves really, really well). I added 1 1/2 cups of yogurt and 2 cups milk.
Add 4 eggs.
Mix in; 2 cups of grated cheddar, 2 tsp. baking powder and 4 cups of flour.
Pop into your muffin tins (greased).
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (or until firm) and makes 24 heavy muffins.
Ahh…now that is the start of a week.
These are AMAZING!!! I made them last night and added crumbled bacon and green onions, and we all loved them! I was sad that I had halved the recipe, and will surely be making them again soon. Thank you!!
