You have to admit, that bread looked pretty nice yesterday but how about it with an even nicer burger?
I made these burgies for my work buddies’ lunch the other day and wrapped it up in a special package just for them.
I’ve got in my bowl: 1 egg, 1/2 cup panko crumbs, 1/2 cup mango chutney, 1 tsp. mustard seeds and 1 T. curry powder.
Add a pound of ground beef.
Form 4 burgers and broil in the oven (you could bbq these if you’d like too).
Smear one of your chai raisin buns with chevre…
Top with your delicious burger and wrap in parchment paper, holding the whole thing together with a toothpick.
I went totally kitch and put everything in a paper bag with an orange, juice box and a lolly.
